With the Black Rock red cliffs as a backdrop and panoramic views around Port Phillip Bay, and our friendly staff looking after you and your guests, it is the perfect setting for your wedding day memories. Accommodating up to 48 people seated and 80 cocktail-style, we can tailor a menu to suit your requirements and budget or choose from our function menus.

Function Information

Minimum spend

For exclusive use of the Cerberus Beach House, a minimum spend is required which includes room hire fee. Where a minimum spend is are not met, a room hire fee is incurred.

Bookings and Deposits

Confirmation of your booking is required by paying a deposit fee securing your booking date. All functions require a $500.00 deposit which is transferable but cannot be refunded. Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days.

Cancellations or Postponements

In the event of a cancellation, Cerberus beach house requires 6 week written notice.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will incur the cost of an amount equal to 75% of the function value.

Price Variations

A 15% surcharge will apply on public holidays.

Deposit amount $500

Terms & Conditions

Date will be released if no deposit is received.

Responsibility and Liability

Cerberus beach house does not accept responsibility to damage or loss of property throughout the duration of the event. The organizers of the event are financially responsible for the damage to any fixtures and fittings or property of the restaurant.

Vacating

The premises must be vacated by the agreed time within reason.

Table cloths if you require table cloths for your event, we can offer these at the cost of $150.

Noise control and objectionable persons
management reserves the right to control the level of noise and music throughout the event and if at any time, management believes the event will be detrimental to the future operation of the restaurant or have any negative impact upon the reputation of the establishment, management reserves the right to cease service.

Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to intoxicated patrons and reserves the right to ask intoxicated or disorderly persons to leave.

Our wine list is constantly evolving when booking your event, we can discuss with you the current options available.

Beverage packages run for a 4.5 hour duration, after which there is a charge of $10.00 pp for each additional hour. Our liquor license runs until 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday and 11:00pm Sunday to Thursday. Beverages may also be purchased on a consumption basis only.

Liquor and BYO

No food or beverage can be brought into the venue without prior consent by the Cerberus beach house.
